Baking small batch sourdough bread in Teton Valley with just flour, water, salt, and lots of patience.
Scottie’s Supper Club will be closed December 21-January 10 as I’ll be out of town visiting family for the holidays. In the meantime, sign up for the newsletter below to stay up to date and be the first to know about new offerings starting in January. Happy holidays!
Convenient weekly pick up in Driggs at Maison and Victor at Food Shed Idaho on Friday afternoons. Order in advance to guarantee your sourdough will be available at pick up!

Why Scottie’s Supper Club?
It’s named for our rescue dog, who is very well-behaved but can’t help himself when it comes to my sourdough. He wouldn’t think of even sniffing a steak resting on the cutting board, but he used to sneak away with a loaf of my bread any chance he got.
He’s no longer allowed in the kitchen, but I always took it as a compliment (and a sign of his refined palate!)
As for the Supper Club part, stay tuned as I worked towards offering much more, including meals.
